    This is incomplete and I will be adding to it as I find out new things, and deleting those things that have been shown not to work. I am not qualified in any way to be doing this except that I have started collecting anything I find on the above because family and friends have been asking me about detoxing. I am a mother of eight, grandmother of 26 so I have been motivated to find out what I can. My children live in New Zealand, Australia and the USA – all places of concern.

    A doctor gave some advice for people who get the jab…at least 4 days before the vaccine take 50,000iu vitamin d, 1-2 g vit c few days before and after and no alcohol.

    While all of this is highly problematic, there is help. As noted by Mikovits, remedies to the maladies that might develop post-vaccination include:
    *Hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin treatments. Ivermectin appears particularly promising as it actually binds to the spike protein. Please listen to the interview that Brett Weinstein did with Dr. Pierre Kory,19 one of Dr. Paul Marik’s collaborators
    * Low-dose antiretroviral therapy to reeducate your immune system
    * Low-dose interferons such as Paximune, developed by interferon researcher Dr. Joe Cummins, to stimulate your immune system
    Peptide T (an HIV entry inhibitor derived from the HIV envelope protein gp120; it blocks binding and infection of viruses that use the CCR5 receptor to infect cells)
    * Cannabis, to strengthen Type I interferon pathways
    * Dimethylglycine or betaine (trimethylglycine) to enhance methylation, thereby suppressing latent viruses
    * Silymarin or milk thistle to help cleanse your liver
    From my perspective, I believe the best thing you can do is to build your innate immune system. To do that, you need to become metabolically flexible and optimize your diet. You’ll also want to make sure your vitamin D level is optimized to between 60 ng/mL and 80 ng/mL (100 nmol/L to 150 nmol/L), ideally through sensible sun exposure. Sunlight also has other benefits besides making vitamin D.
    Use time-restricted eating and eat all your meals for the day within a six- to eight-hour window. Avoid all vegetable oils and processed foods. Focus on certified-organic foods to minimize your glyphosate exposure, and include plenty of sulfur-rich foods to keep your mitochondria and lysosomes healthy. Both are important for the clearing of cellular debris, including these spike proteins. You can also boost your sulfate by taking Epsom salt baths.
    To combat the toxicity of the spike protein, you’ll want to optimize autophagy, which may help digest and remove the spike proteins. Time-restricted eating will upregulate autophagy, while sauna therapy, which upregulates heat shock proteins, will help refold misfolded proteins and also tag damaged proteins and target them for removal. It is important that your sauna is hot enough (around 170 degrees Fahrenheit) and does not have high magnetic or electric fields.       Try not to take Zinc & Magnesium together as they may compete against each other, so you can simply spread the dosage across the day. Also you cannot use Iodine at the same time as Vitamin C, you again have to split the dosage at least 3h apart.

      Hey Barbara, I sent the lemon & grapefruit recipe to my friend. He sent it to his sister who is a bio chemist & she sent this info back. I hope you don’t mind me sending this to you but it feels like you are happy to update & change things ?
      A lot of chemical misinformation there. The misspelling of the chemical name in the title is a big clue there. The info also confuses different compounds.

      Here’s the difference between quinine and hydroxychloroquine, HCQ. Because the article is not making the distinction.

      Quinine cannot be synthesised artificially, that’s why there will never be enough in the world for everyone living in malarial regions. It’s only able to be extracted from the bark of the cinchona tree (nothing to do with lemons). The artificial synthesis of quinine used to be like a holy grail in chemistry/medicine, because 6 million people die of malaria every year.

      Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and Chloroquine are two antimalarials which ARE able to be made synthetically.

      Their synthesis is complex and they are also not related chemically to the compounds in lemon skin (not at all).

      HCQ and chloroquine have since been found to help with some autoimmune diseases such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. They help put down inflammation – in other words REDUCE the strength of the immune system. (BTW maybe not a good idea to do this if trying to avoid infection from a virus).

      There was some preliminary evidence that HCQ could be used in treatment of people infected with COVID, to help reduce symptoms and severity, but not prevent initial infection.

      What does this have to do with lemon peel?
      Limonenes in lemon peel now show some promise as maybe having some promise in reducing inflammation, but through a completely different mechanism to HCQ (not yet understood). Limonenes and other compounds in lemon peel are chemically completely different from quinine, HCQ and chloroquine.

      You CAN extract limonene and others compounds from lemon peel in the way described in the article – they make a nice cleaning agent too, I’ve used home-made lemon peel extract in cleaning a lot.

      For a healthy person who has some inflammatory issues such as allergies (me) or arthritis (you), using lemon peel extract probably wouldn’t hurt and might help (like “have a little chicken soup”). However, for anyone on complicated prescribed medications for autoimmune or other diseases, they should always check with the doctor first, because home herbal remedies can have undesirable effects.

      My Summary: invalid and inaccurate scientific information in the article, but good description of the method to make lemon peel extract.
